With the emphasis on responsible customer focus and the constant need to improve customer satisfaction, Refratechnik Asia Ltd. commenced business operations at its Hong Kong offices in 2007.
A dedicated team made up of 25 employees deals with the refractory business in China and the Far East. Sales technicians, process engineers, supervisors and an administrative team are on hand to assist customers. While one technical department deals primarily with the cement, lime and pulp industries, another team at Refratechnik Asia Ltd. concentrates on the refractory requirements in the metallurgical industry. Therefore, service is provided to very different branches of the industry.
Just like Refratechnik Cement GmbH, Refratechnik Asia Ltd. is known as a refractory specialist in the bonding agent industry.
The young company is built-up and supported by scientific and technical divisions from Germany. The ability to draw on the resources of two internal engineering departments and a Research and Development facility gives Refratechnik Asia Ltd. an important foundation.
