For the Refratechnik Group management development programme, Refratechnik Holding is looking for staff from all fields seeking to achieve more in their professional careers.

Over a period of 3 - 5 years, you will be systematically prepared for challenging international management roles. A demanding post abroad will either be part of the programme or undertaken upon its completion.

We expect you to have very good German or Spanish skills and offer the requisite flexibility. You will have a degree or an equivalent qualification obtained through professional experience and development. You will be an excellent team player and rise to challenges with energy and confidence.
