In the year 2000 Alexander Tutsek, the sole partner of the Refratechnik Holding GmbH, and his wife Dr. Eva-Maria Fahrner-Tutsek created a foundation targeted to promote arts and sciences.
The Alexander Tutsek-Foundation focuses on building up a collection of studio glass objects and showing them in regular exhibitions as well as on promoting young scientists and their research studies especially in the fields of glass, ceramics, stone and industrial minerals.
