Alexander Tutsek Foundation

Promoting art and science.

The Alexander Tutsek Foundation in Munich was founded in the year 2000 by the previous shareholder Alexander Tutsek (1927 – 2011) and his wife Dr. Eva-Maria Fahrner-Tutsek. As a non-profit organization, the private foundation's aim is to promote art and engineering sciences. In the arts field, the foundation is focused on photography and contemporary art. Meanwhile, the foundation has a collection of more than 600 works of art, regularly arranges exhibitions, supports large art projects, and is a partner and significant promoter of the “Haus der Kunst” in Munich. In the science field, the foundation awards scholarships and supports various research projects and institutions.
