As a non-profit organization, the private foundation's aim is to promote art and engineering sciences. In the arts field, the foundation is focused on photography and contemporary art. Meanwhile, the foundation has a collection of more than 400 works of art, regularly arranges exhibitions, supports large art projects, and is a partner and significant promoter of the “Haus der Kunst” in Munich.
